Benxi Container House Installation
The installation of container houses in Benxi must adhere to professional procedures and standards, covering aspects such as foundation preparation, structural installation, connection reinforcement, and decoration, and must comply with relevant technical standards and safety requirements.

1. Pre-installation Preparation
Before installing the container house, the site must be leveled and the foundation checked to ensure that the ground flatness error is ≤3mm, and the positions of the foundation embedded parts match the holes in the container's bottom corner fittings. At the same time, technical personnel should be organized to conduct detailed design of the construction drawings, clarify the container numbers, assembly sequence, directions and connection points of water and electricity pipelines, and prepare a construction plan that specifies technical requirements and quality control standards.
2. Structural Installation Process
- Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the container's bottom corners to the bottom beams on a flat ground or workbench, using hexagon socket bolts for fixation but not tightening them yet. After alignment (ensuring that the diagonal difference of the bottom frame is ≤3mm), tighten the bolts.
- Secondary Beam and Floor Installation: Install π-shaped secondary beams according to the positioning holes of the long beams, fix them with self-tapping screws, lay magnesium oxide board substrates and cut the corners, mark and snap chalk lines along the centerline of the π-shaped beams, lay the floor, and fix it with cross-flat-head dovetail screws, with a nail spacing of 300-350mm.
- Floor Treatment: Grind the joints of the floor as a whole, apply PVC special floor adhesive, lay the floor covering and expel the air, and perform welding treatment on the joints.
3. Connection and Reinforcement
When stacking multiple containers, strict control of verticality is required. Node connections should adopt seismic and anti-loosening treatments, such as bolt tightening and riveting fixation, to ensure the overall structural load-bearing capacity. The main load-bearing framework usually uses Q235B galvanized square tubes, achieving damage-free transportation and rapid on-site reassembly through bolts and riveting.
4. Decoration and Acceptance
After completing the structural installation, proceed with the installation of water and electricity, doors, windows, and ceilings for decoration. The final acceptance must comply with standards such as the "Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures" (GB50205-2020) and the "Technical Standard for Modular Combined Container Houses" (CECS334-2012), ensuring that waterproof sealing, seismic performance, and fire resistance ratings meet the standards.
5. Safety and Efficiency
Container houses are prefabricated buildings with less on-site wet work and fast construction speed, but they have extremely high requirements for the accuracy of surveying and setting out and the safety management of lifting operations. During construction, the principle of "safety first, quality first" must be strictly followed to ensure close connection of each process and achieve rapid delivery for use.
