Bengbu Simple Mobile Toilet Design
The design of Bengbu simple mobile toilets focuses on flexibility and practicality, while also taking into account environmental protection, intelligence, and adaptability to special needs, making them suitable for temporary scenarios such as outdoor events and construction sites.

I. Structural and Material Design
Bengbu mobile toilets adopt a modular design concept, with the main frame mostly using steel structures to ensure structural stability and ease of disassembly and transportation. Two options are available for wall materials: color-coated steel plates and fiberglass reinforced plastics. Color-coated steel plates are cost-effective and highly corrosion-resistant, suitable for short-term use scenarios. Fiberglass reinforced plastics, on the other hand, are lightweight, strong, waterproof, and moisture-proof, making them more suitable for humid or rainy environments. Some high-end models integrate thermal insulation layers, which effectively regulate internal temperature and enhance user comfort by filling with polyurethane foam or rock wool.
II. Differentiated Functional Configurations
Based on usage scenario requirements, Bengbu mobile toilets are divided into single-unit models and connected models:
- Single-unit models: These are compact and lightweight (usually ≤200kg), can be placed independently or quickly combined using hooks, and are suitable for scenarios with limited space such as scattered construction site layouts and small outdoor events.
- Connected models: Equipped with sinks, LED lighting, exhaust fans, and odor control devices (such as activated carbon filtration or biodegradation technology), these models can handle over 500 users per day and are suitable for crowded scenarios such as music festivals and sports events. Some models also integrate background music systems and voice prompt functions to enhance user experience through intelligent management.
III. Environmental Protection and Energy Solutions
The design emphasizes independence from infrastructure, adopting an independent waste storage system: Excrement is treated through sealed septic tanks or biodegradation technology, eliminating the need to connect to on-site septic tanks and enabling "plug-and-play" use. Some models are equipped with solar power systems, integrating photovoltaic panels and energy storage batteries to supply power to lighting, exhaust fans, and other equipment. The daily power generation can meet 8 hours of continuous use, significantly reducing energy consumption.
IV. Customized Services for Special Needs
For the elderly and disabled individuals, barrier-free facilities can be added, such as non-slip floors, handrails, low-position sinks, and emergency call buttons, in compliance with the Barrier-Free Design Code (GB 50763-2012). The internal space layout can also be flexibly adjusted, for example, by widening the door to 90cm, increasing wheelchair turning space, or using foldable partitions to achieve a multi-functional conversion of "single room + nursing room" to meet diverse usage needs.
Through modular structures, differentiated functional configurations, and integrated environmental protection technologies, Bengbu mobile toilets offer a complete solution covering short-term to long-term, simple to complex needs, providing an efficient and sustainable choice for the construction of temporary public facilities.
