How to Install Mobile Toilets in Bazhong

Admin October 17, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in Bazhong should be carried out by a professional team following standardized procedures. The specific steps are as follows:

1. Positioning and Foundation Treatment

Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground flatness. Ensure that the ground is solid and has good drainage. If the ground is uneven or has soft soil, it should be hardened in advance (e.g., by pouring concrete) or steel plates should be laid to provide stable support. This step is fundamental to ensuring the long-term safety of the toilet and must strictly adhere to the requirements for foundation bearing capacity specified in the Hygiene Code for Mobile Toilets (GB/T 21239-2023).

2. Main Structure Installation

  1. Split-type Mobile Toilets: First, install the chassis and frame, then sequentially fix the wall panels (mostly sandwich panels with thermal insulation properties) and the roof panel. The connections should be reinforced with bolts or clips and sealed (e.g., by applying waterproof glue) to prevent rainwater leakage.
  2. Integrated Mobile Toilets (e.g., Double-unit Toilets): Since the interior decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory, they only need to be positioned as a whole on-site using lifting equipment and connected to water, electricity, and sewage pipes. These toilets have higher installation efficiency, but it is necessary to ensure that the structure is not damaged during the lifting process.

3. Internal Facility Connection

Install toilets (squat toilets or sit toilets), flushing systems, sinks, lighting, and ventilation equipment, and connect water and electricity pipelines. Modular interface design can shorten installation time, but it is necessary to check the tightness of the interfaces to avoid water or electricity leakage. Double-unit toilets usually come pre-installed with squat toilets, sinks, and lighting systems, and only need to be connected to the power and water sources on-site.

4. Function Inspection and Debugging

  1. Flush Test: Check the flushing pressure and drainage speed to ensure there is no blockage or backflow.
  2. Circuit Inspection: Test whether lighting, ventilation, sockets, and other equipment are properly powered on and check the grounding protection measures.
  3. Tightness Inspection: Focus on checking doors, windows, pipe connections, and wall panel gaps to prevent odor leakage or rainwater intrusion.

Precautions

  • The installation team should be familiar with the local terrain and regulations and can adjust details according to customer needs (e.g., adding barrier-free facilities).
  • If connection to the municipal sewage network or a dedicated septic tank is required, the installation time will be extended; waterless or biodegradable toilets can simplify the sewage connection steps.
  • The installation process must strictly follow national standards to ensure structural safety and hygiene compliance, and regular maintenance should be carried out to extend the service life.
