Bazhong Craft Mobile Toilet
The Bazhong craft mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility featuring a steel frame structure, modular design, and comprehensive configuration. It boasts characteristics such as durable materials, diverse craftsmanship, complete functionality, and a wide range of types.

Materials and Structure: Its main frame is welded from steel, with the base welded using channel steel or I-beams and the columns made of square steel, ensuring overall structural stability and meeting lifting requirements. The wall materials offer a variety of options, including color-coated steel plates, fiberglass-reinforced plastics, stainless steel, and metal carved panels. Some products feature metal carved panels on the exterior walls, integrated wall panels on the interior walls, and 50mm rock wool insulation in between. The floor is laid with marble non-slip tiles, paired with stainless steel squat toilets and PVC ceilings, combining aesthetics with practicality.
Manufacturing Process: Traditional processes such as mold forming, welding, and component fixation are employed, with strict quality control at each step. Additionally, the modular design concept is introduced, allowing for pre-assembly of core sanitary fixtures and plumbing in the factory, followed by rapid on-site assembly using bolts, which shortens the construction period. There is also the option of an overall welded fixed type, where 20-foot or 40-foot standard containers are welded into shape as a whole, with full-function assembly and debugging completed in the factory, enabling direct on-site lifting and use, thereby improving installation efficiency.
Configuration: The basic configuration includes squat toilets, sinks, door locks, light bulbs, exhaust fans, etc. The floor is designed with non-slip features to ensure safety during use. Some products adopt a foot-pedal control method, suitable for extreme environments ranging from -40℃ to 50℃. The foot-pedal flushing design is water-saving and hygienic, with a daily power consumption of only 0.5W and an operating cost as low as 0.016 yuan per person. Furthermore, they feature odorlessness, automatic operation, and low failure rates, making them particularly suitable for public toilet renovation projects.
Types: Based on the container structure, they can be classified into overall welded fixed types, quick-assembly container finished toilets, folding container toilets, and shipping container renovation models. According to the number of toilet stalls and functionality, they can be divided into single-stall models, standard double-stall models, multi-stall combination models, and multifunctional integrated models. Based on functionality and price, they are categorized into three levels: basic engineering models, mid-range general models, and high-end customized models, meeting the needs of different scenarios and budgets.
