Battery for Container Mobile Homes

Admin September 16, 2026

The common type of battery equipped in container mobile homes is lithium iron phosphate battery. Here is a detailed introduction to the batteries used in container mobile homes:

I. Battery Types and Combination Methods
When container mobile homes are equipped with batteries, lithium iron phosphate batteries are the mainstream choice. Their combination methods are diverse. For example, some container-type energy storage systems adopt a 127s34p combination mode. This design, through optimized configuration of series and parallel connections, can meet voltage requirements while enhancing current output capacity, thereby ensuring the stable operation of the energy storage system.

II. Battery Capacity and System Capacity
The cell capacity of container-type lithium battery energy storage systems is undergoing technological upgrades, gradually transitioning from the early 314Ah to over 500Ah. This change directly drives an increase in system capacity. For instance, some independent energy storage containers are now equipped with 200kWh lithium iron phosphate battery packs, providing more sustained power support for mobile homes and meeting daily electricity needs.

III. Cycle Life and Durability
Lithium iron phosphate batteries are renowned for their long cycle life. For example, the battery cycle count of some systems can reach 2000 times. Calculated on a daily charge-discharge basis, this translates to approximately 5.5 years of use; while the battery cycle life of some independent energy storage containers can even extend to 15 years, significantly reducing long-term usage costs. This durability is attributed to the stable crystal structure of lithium iron phosphate material, which effectively resists structural damage during the charge-discharge process.

IV. System Integration and Functional Expansion
Container-type lithium battery energy storage systems highly integrate battery packs, battery management systems (BMS), temperature control modules, etc., within a standard container, forming a modular design. The BMS can monitor battery status in real-time, optimize charge-discharge strategies, and extend battery life; the temperature control system ensures stable battery operation within a wide temperature range of -20℃ to 50℃. Additionally, the system supports switching between grid-connected and off-grid modes, enabling it to connect to the grid for peak shaving and valley filling, as well as operate independently to adapt to the diverse usage scenarios of mobile homes.
