Bathroom-Integrated Mobile Toilet

Admin October 09, 2026

The bathroom-integrated mobile toilet is a movable facility that combines multiple functions to meet diverse sanitation needs. The following is an introduction from aspects such as types, composition, structural forms, mobility methods, and sewage treatment methods:

Types

  • Three-in-one mobile bathroom unit: It has dimensions of 1.6 meters by 2 meters and is equipped with a small ventilation window and an aluminum alloy single door. Inside, it features a sink, a makeup mirror, a toilet, a shower, a bath heater, a water heater, and reserved plumbing connections for a washing machine. With comprehensive functions, it is suitable for families or small teams.
  • Mobile integrated bathroom unit: It measures 2 meters in both length and width, with a height of 2.7 meters. The exterior walls are made of fire-resistant and flame-retardant silicon rock composite panels, and it has an aluminum alloy glass single door. Inside, it is equipped with basic facilities such as a toilet seat, a sink, and a makeup mirror. Despite its compact space, it has complete functions and is suitable for temporary events or construction sites.

Composition Mobile toilets are usually composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware (such as toilets and sinks), walls, washing equipment (such as makeup mirrors), water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure the normal operation and sanitary conditions of the facility.

Structural Forms

  • Single-unit mobile toilet: It has an independent design with a simple structure, facilitating quick deployment and mobility.
  • Composite mobile toilet: It is composed of multiple modules and can be flexibly adjusted in scale and function according to needs, making it suitable for large-scale events or long-term use scenarios.

Mobility Methods

  • Lifting and handling type: It relies on external equipment (such as cranes) for movement and is suitable for short-distance transportation between fixed locations.
  • Powered and towed type: It is equipped with a power system or a towable design and can be moved over long distances by vehicle traction, offering higher flexibility.

Sewage Treatment Methods

  • Water-flush and waterless-flush suction types: The water-flush type uses water from a water tank for flushing, while the waterless-flush type relies on vacuum suction technology to reduce water consumption.
  • Recirculating water-flush type: It recycles water resources through a filtration and disinfection system, making it suitable for areas with scarce water resources.
  • Dry-packing type: Feces and sewage are collected in replaceable containers, eliminating the need for flushing. It is environmentally friendly and easy to handle.
