Prefabricated Components for Basement Houses

Admin September 19, 2026

Prefabricated components for basement houses mainly include those related to the SPCS structural system, small prefabricated basements, and prefabricated underground cabin components. Here is a detailed introduction:

Prefabricated components related to the SPCS structural system:

  • SPCS Basement Exterior Wall: The component has no reinforcement protruding from its perimeter, features an internal cavity filled with post-poured concrete. The reinforcement from the base slab's flanged edge is inserted into the cavity for anchoring, and the concrete within the cavity forms a monolithic structure, providing high waterproofing performance for the component itself. The joint is sealed with four layers of waterproofing measures, including cast-in-place structures, waterproof sealants, and two layers of membrane, effectively preventing leakage.
  • SPCS Hollow Prefabricated Columns: There are two types. One type has reinforcement protruding from both ends, with a circular internal cavity, and the lower reinforcement is inserted into the foundation beam and pile cap reinforcement for anchoring. The other type has no reinforcement protruding from the lower end, with an internally formed cavity, and is installed by inserting reinforcement into the cavity during construction to meet different construction requirements.
  • Prestressed Thin-Bottom Composite Beams: These prefabricated components are lightweight, with a relatively thin prefabricated section and a large proportion of cast-in-place section, offering good overall integrity and stiffness. The high-strength prestress effectively reduces the beam height, increasing the clear height of the basement, and achieves a decoration-free effect, reducing post-construction decoration costs.
  • Prestressed Steel Pipe Truss Composite Slabs: These slabs use prestressed steel pipe trusses, offering high strength, thin thickness, lightweight, and good overall performance. They can span up to 12m, effectively reducing the number of supports needed. The slabs are closely spliced without post-pouring strips, ensuring good forming quality and maintaining the flatness and quality of the basement ceiling.

Prefabricated components for small basements: The main prefabricated components include exterior wall panels, interior wall panels, composite floor slabs, stair sections, and foundation pile caps. These components have a high assembly rate, with a total assembly rate of ≥75%, improving construction efficiency and shortening the construction period.

Prefabricated components for underground cabins: Brom prefabricated cabins come in multiple standard sizes and are manufactured using a seamless pouring process, with all pre-processing completed in the factory. The prefabricated underground cabins are monolithic structures, completely eliminating the risk of leakage. They are available in multiple standard sizes and can be pre-fitted with reinforcing structural elements, such as dedicated lifting points for hoisting, and pre-embedded socket channels for easy installation of sewage pipes, water supply and drainage lines, ventilation ducts, and various electrical cables.
