Baseless Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

A baseless mobile toilet is a portable sanitation facility without a base, designed to be placed on flat, hard ground. It enables rapid deployment and flexible application through modular design and lightweight materials.

Structural Design and Material Selection

The baseless mobile toilet features a lightweight frame combined with durable panels. The main frame is primarily made of metal materials (such as iron sheet 02 profiles) to provide structural support. The exterior is covered with color-coated steel sheet trim, while the interior sandwich layer is filled with 5mm-thick foam material, balancing strength and thermal insulation. Its top and bottom are designed separately, allowing for easy transportation in parts. Simple tools are sufficient for on-site assembly, reducing transportation and installation costs.

Functional Configuration and User-Friendly Details

The standard dimensions of the unit are 1100×1100mm with a height of 2000mm, offering compact and practical interior space. It comes standard with plastic windows and metal locks for basic ventilation and security. The color-coated steel trim prevents sharp edges from being exposed, reducing usage risks. If needed, a shower function can be added, creating a simple shower room with waterproof sealing to prevent water leakage. Additionally, the dry-wet separation design uses drainage channels and waste collection buckets to separate wastewater from solid waste, simplifying the post-use cleaning process. However, regular maintenance is required to prevent odor buildup.

Application Scenarios and Technical Adaptability

Its modular nature allows for quick coverage of scattered residential areas, addressing the issues of long construction periods and high costs associated with traditional toilets. In outdoor construction sites, multiple units can be combined to meet sanitation needs in densely populated areas. In tourist attractions or large event venues, their portability enables dynamic layout adjustments based on foot traffic. The equipment is widely adaptable but must be placed on flat, hard ground to ensure stability and prevent structural deformation or tipping due to uneven surfaces.

Installation and Maintenance Precautions

Before assembly, check the completeness of all parts, focusing on confirming that the color-coated steel sheets, foam sandwich layers, and connectors are undamaged. During installation, assemble the frame in the order specified in the instructions, ensuring smooth opening and closing of doors and windows before securing the exterior panels. Avoid hitting the color-coated steel surface with hard objects during use to prevent coating peeling and rusting. In cold winter environments, the foam sandwich layer reduces heat loss, but precautions should be taken to prevent water accumulation and freezing, which could damage the structure. For long-term storage, it is recommended to disassemble the unit and store it in a dry, ventilated area to extend its service life.
