Baoji Prefabricated Concrete House Molds

Admin September 18, 2026

Baoji prefabricated concrete house molds are industrial tools used for shaping cement prefabricated components and can be applied in the production of prefabricated concrete houses. They can constrain the flowing cement mixture into a specific shape and, after curing, demolding yields cement products with predetermined dimensions and structures.

Mold Composition

  1. Contact Surface: The surface of the mold cavity that comes into direct contact with the cement. It undergoes special treatments such as finishing or coating to achieve high smoothness, ensuring smooth demolding of components and a flat surface. The material must resist alkaline corrosion and abrasion from the cement.
  2. Support Structure: Composed of section steel and rib plates welded or bolted together, it withstands the fluid pressure and static loads during concrete pouring and vibration, preventing mold deformation. The design must conform to mechanical principles.
  3. Connection and Positioning System: Includes mechanical components such as hinges, clasps, and positioning pins to ensure precise alignment and tight closure of mold modules, with orderly disassembly during demolding. The precision directly affects the dimensional tolerance of the prefabricated components.

Technological Upgrades

  1. First-Generation Molds: Simple in structure, low in procurement cost, and straightforward in production process, but with walls wider at the top and narrower at the bottom, and a 3cm difference in wall thickness on a single side.
  2. Second-Generation Molds: Achieve vertical wall forming with consistent wall thickness from top to bottom. Demolding is facilitated by a unique mechanical structure that allows for the contraction of the inner mold through peripheral operations.
  3. Third-Generation Molds: Support multi-size adjustments, with vertical walls and adjustable mold width and length in multiple gears. A single mold can meet different size requirements.
  4. Fourth-Generation Molds: Adopt a fully automatic hydraulic system integrated with electric vibration functions. Hydraulic demolding and mold closing are reinforced and locked, with electric vibration, requiring no manual operation throughout the process, ensuring safety and efficiency.

Performance Characteristics
The molds are made of Q345B high-strength steel, with a reuse count exceeding 300 times and a lifespan of approximately 5-8 years. The precision reaches ±1mm. They are equipped with a 20,000-watt laser cutting machine and high-precision processing equipment. Vertical hydraulic molds apply hydraulic drive and electrical automatic control technology. Some opening molds are assembled in a scattered form and reinforced with strong magnets, being lightweight and operable by a single person. A small number of templates can be combined to create openings of various sizes.

Production Applications
The molds adapt to the internal stress caused by slight volume changes in the concrete through reasonable design of demolding slopes, structural elasticity, or adjustable mechanisms, avoiding component cracking or mold sticking. The turnover efficiency of the molds is key to measuring economic efficiency and depends on factors such as opening speed, thermal conductivity affecting the curing cycle, and surface treatment quality affecting the effectiveness of demolding agents.
