Baiyin Ecological Mobile Toilet

Admin September 22, 2026

The Baiyin ecological mobile toilet is a scenic area mobile public restroom designed based on the principle of resource recycling, featuring unique technical characteristics, environmental adaptability, material selection, maintenance methods, and layout requirements.

Technical Characteristics: Its internal structure differs significantly from traditional flush toilets, incorporating a solid-liquid separation device. The solid portion enters a closed fermentation tank, while the liquid portion is processed through a filtration membrane without subsequent mixing. The recycling system relies on microbial decomposition, where specific bacterial strains convert organic matter into stable substances in a temperature-controlled environment. These substances can be further processed into soil amendment materials. A small amount of wastewater generated during the process enters a plant root filtration zone, where plant absorption completes the final purification.

Environmental Adaptability: To adapt to various environments, the Baiyin ecological mobile toilet uses solar photovoltaic panels to provide electricity for the ventilation system and treatment equipment, ensuring continuous operation in areas without a power grid. The insulation material and ventilation structure are calculated to withstand different altitudes and climatic conditions, preventing interruptions in the internal biological treatment process due to sudden temperature changes.

Material Selection: Following the principles of lightweight and durability, the exterior walls are made of metal composite panels, and the internal compartments use polymer materials that are corrosion-resistant and easy to transport. All connecting components are modularly designed, allowing for quick assembly with standard tools without welding during on-site installation.

Maintenance Methods: The microbial treatment unit requires regular maintenance of bacterial activity. Technicians monitor the pH and humidity levels of the fermentation tank and supplement auxiliary bacterial agents based on usage frequency. This maintenance does not involve chemical cleaners but rather maintains the carbon-to-nitrogen ratio required by the microorganisms to ensure decomposition efficiency remains within the designed range.

Layout Requirements: In scenic area layouts, the location selection of such facilities considers multiple factors. Geological surveys must confirm the depth of the groundwater table to avoid seepage risks. Visitor flow statistics determine the capacity configuration of the treatment units, while path analysis influences the setting angle of barrier-free access. Each installation point must separately calculate the sludge transfer distance and the area ratio of the vegetation restoration zone.
