The crime of producing, duplicating, publishing, selling, or disseminating obscene materials for profit will face even harsher penalties. These legal provisions clearly show that the state has a zero-tolerance attitude towards the dissemination of content related to adult videos and other pornographic materials. Once violated, one will be severely punished by law.

Moral Aspect

From a moral perspective, adult videos contain a large amount of inappropriate, unhealthy, and content that violates public order and good customs. They have a significant negative impact on social mores, especially causing serious harm to the physical and mental health of young people. Adolescents are in a critical period of forming their values and sexual concepts.
