Automobile-Shaped Mobile Toilet
The automobile-shaped mobile toilet is a special vehicle that combines an automobile chassis with toilet functions, featuring convenient mobility and comprehensive facilities. Taking the HOWO logistical support mobile toilet vehicle as an example, its detailed introduction is as follows:

Chassis and Power System: The vehicle uses a HOWO 4×2 National VI chassis, with an engine power of 257 kW, exceeding the 220 kW requirement in the bidding documents, providing strong power. It is equipped with radial steel-cord tires, enhancing vehicle stability and durability. The dual-door integrated cab design facilitates driver operation and entry/exit.
Upper Structure and Compartment Design: The upper structure is made of high-quality carbon steel plates, meeting national standards for rust prevention and fatigue resistance. The walls are constructed with a frame filled with polyurethane, ensuring a stable overall structure with good thermal insulation and soundproofing. The compartment roof is covered with non-slip patterned aluminum plates, both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The door structure uses anodized aluminum profiles, with pre-embedded parts for all openings and load-bearing areas to meet the compartment's load-bearing requirements. All gaps are filled with silicone, ensuring a smooth and full seal to effectively prevent water leakage.
Sanitary Facilities: The compartment can accommodate the sanitary needs of 8 people simultaneously, with a well-designed separation between male and female areas. It is equipped with 3 urinals and 6 squat toilets, which are vacuum-suction type and made of 316 stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. There are also 2 sit-down toilets to meet different needs. Each male and female area is installed with a 1.5P air conditioner to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the compartment. The sanitary area is equipped with electric exhaust fans on the roof, and each cubicle also has an exhaust fan to maintain air circulation. Each cubicle is equipped with independent lighting, coat hooks, and other facilities for convenience.
Other Facilities: The vehicle is equipped with 2 sinks, each with an independent faucet, for storing toilet paper, hand soap, and other items. The sink area is equipped with half-length mirrors, hand soap, tissue boxes, and other auxiliary facilities to enhance the user experience. The compartment is equipped with a ladder for easy access to the roof for equipment maintenance. The generator is a quiet generator that can be directly fueled from the chassis fuel tank, ensuring a stable power supply. Inside the compartment, there is a comprehensive control cabinet with voltage meters, current meters, thermal insulation, sensors, etc., complete with indicator lights and sockets. It also includes a dedicated sewage pump with a motor power greater than 1.5 kW for easy sewage disposal. The vehicle is equipped with warning lights on the roof and rear to enhance safety.
