Automatic Self-Cleaning Mobile Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

The automatic self-cleaning mobile toilet is a public sanitation facility with a high degree of automated cleaning functionality, requiring no manual intervention. Its design integrates advanced technology with eco-friendly concepts, enabling comprehensive cleaning of both the toilet bowl and floor while ensuring 24-hour hygiene.

Cleaning Mechanism and Functional Features

The core innovation of this toilet lies in the 360-degree rotating cleaning system for the toilet bowl and the synergistic operation of high-pressure floor flushing. After a user finishes using the toilet, the cleaning program automatically initiates indoors: multiple high-pressure water jets simultaneously spray water to flush the floor, waste paper is collected into a dedicated container, and sewage seeps through permeable tiles into the drainage system below. Simultaneously, the toilet bowl rotates into an independent cleaning chamber. Once enclosed by a transparent glass cover, high-pressure water jets spray biodegradable detergent for all-around rinsing, ensuring no cleaning dead zones, followed by drying treatment. After cleaning is complete, a spare toilet bowl rotates from the cleaning chamber to the usage position, enabling seamless switching.

Technical Support and Material Applications

Some mobile eco-friendly public toilets adopt a national standard steel frame, with surfaces covered in anti-corrosive and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, offering a service life of over 20 years. Internally, they are equipped with an independent urinal and toilet partitioned treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, reducing odors and clogging risks. Additionally, anti-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems further enhance user comfort.

Water-Saving and Eco-Friendly Design

Intelligent water-saving eco-friendly toilets employ urine and hand-washing water recycling technology. After adding a water-saving special agent, they achieve a flushing effect with only approximately 0.46 liters of water per person, significantly reducing water consumption. The use of biodegradable detergents avoids chemical pollution, meeting environmental protection requirements.

Usage Process and Management

Users need to swipe a card for payment, and the access control system automatically unlocks the door upon successful verification. During usage, the system continuously monitors environmental hygiene to ensure the cleaning program initiates promptly. This design not only safeguards public health and safety but also reduces labor maintenance costs, making it suitable for high-traffic scenarios such as scenic spots and temporary events.

The automatic self-cleaning mobile toilet, through the integration of mechanical automation and intelligent control, addresses issues of low cleaning efficiency and poor sanitation conditions in traditional public toilets, representing the modern development direction of public sanitation facilities.
