Automatic Incineration Mobile Toilet

Admin October 09, 2026

The automatic incineration mobile toilet is a new type of sanitation facility that achieves waterless flushing and reduces reliance on sewer networks by incinerating feces at high temperatures and recycling urine. Its core principles and features are as follows:

1. Core Principles
Feces are incinerated at temperatures ranging from 500°C to 600°C, converting them into ash while recycling urine for purification. This process eliminates the need for traditional toilet flushing systems, saving significant amounts of water, and the ash can be directly reused as fertilizer.

2. Material and Structural Design
The interior of the toilet is made of high-temperature-resistant metal to ensure it remains undamaged during incineration. Due to the built-in burner, the overall height is taller than that of a standard toilet. It is equipped with a lever to control the dropping of waste, and lifting the toilet lid during incineration automatically stops the process to avoid safety hazards.

3. Operating Procedures
Before use, a special paper bag must be inserted to prevent fecal adhesion. The incineration time is approximately 15 to 30 minutes, and lifting the lid during the process can pause it. Ash accumulation requires cleaning after about 200 uses.

4. Applicable Scenarios

  • Areas without sewer networks: No need to connect to water inlets or drains, making it suitable for remote areas and scattered rural living scenarios, such as certain mountainous regions in China or temporary resettlement sites.
  • Mobile scenarios: Dynamic demand scenarios like RVs, passenger vehicles, and rail transport, with potential future expansion into the family car sector.
  • Emergency and temporary facilities: Quickly deployable in disaster relief and outdoor activities to provide immediate sanitation solutions.

5. Typical Products

  • The incineration toilets T02 and T02A models from Guangdong Moyun Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. have passed the joint safety standard evaluation of Australia and New Zealand and obtained the Australian SAA safety certification.
  • The Cinderella Comfort incineration toilet is renowned for its sustainable and eco-friendly design, featuring a closed air system, operating on 220V AC power, producing a small amount of sterile and odorless ash as combustion residue, and equipped with an LCD display to show its status.

6. Technical Challenges and Promotion Difficulties

  • Cost issues: High-temperature incineration technology requires high-quality materials and energy, resulting in expensive equipment that is difficult to popularize on a large scale.
  • Energy consumption and efficiency: Continuous high temperatures require electricity or fuel consumption, limiting applicability in energy-scarce areas.
  • User habits: Changing traditional toilet habits requires long-term education for promotion.
