Atushi Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin September 21, 2026

The installation of color-steel mobile toilets in Atushi is a systematic project that needs to be carried out in stages, taking into account geological conditions, structural safety, functional requirements, and environmental protection requirements. The specific installation process is as follows:

1. Foundation Treatment: Adapt to Local Conditions to Ensure Stability The foundation is the base of the mobile toilet, and the construction plan needs to be adjusted according to local geological conditions. In sandy soil areas, due to the loose and easily displaced soil, a combination of a concrete base and ground anchors is required: first, pour a concrete base as the load-bearing main body, and then fix the structure underground with ground anchors to prevent overall displacement caused by wind or external forces. In permafrost zones, the impact of freeze-thaw cycles on the foundation needs to be considered. The foundation depth should be deepened to below the permafrost layer to avoid structural cracking or tilting caused by repeated soil expansion and contraction. If the geological conditions are complex, geological exploration is also required to ensure that the foundation bearing capacity meets the design requirements.

2. Color-Steel Plate Splicing: Hidden Technology Enhances Sealing Color-steel plates are the main structure of the mobile toilet, and the splicing process directly affects waterproofing and durability. The wall panels adopt hidden fastening technology, connected through internal slots, avoiding the exposure of external screws, which is both aesthetically pleasing and reduces the risk of rusting; high-elasticity sealing strips are used to fill the external seams, forming a continuous waterproof layer to prevent rainwater penetration. The roof panels are designed with a slight arc, which not only enhances the load-bearing capacity but also guides rain and snow to slide off quickly, reducing the risk of water accumulation. During splicing, ensure that the plates are aligned and the sealing strips are compacted without gaps to avoid water leakage in the later stage.

3. Pipeline System Installation: Modular Design Simplifies On-Site Construction The internal pipeline system adopts a modular design. The sewage pipes, ventilation pipes, and water supply pipes are prefabricated into independent modules in the factory, and only interface connections are required on-site. The pipe material is high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which has excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties, and a low coefficient of thermal expansion, which can avoid interface loosening or leakage caused by temperature changes. During installation, check the pipe slope to ensure smooth sewage discharge; keep the ventilation pipes unobstructed to prevent odor accumulation; and conduct pressure tests on the water supply pipes to ensure no leakage.

4. Environmental Protection Measures: Minimize the Impact of Construction on the Environment When constructing in ecologically fragile areas, strictly limit the driving routes of construction machinery to avoid crushing surrounding vegetation; do not carry out concrete mixing on-site. All prefabricated components (such as bases and wall panels) are assembled directly after arrival to reduce dust and wastewater emissions; construction waste should be classified and recycled to avoid polluting the soil or water sources. Through these measures, a balance between the installation process and ecological protection is achieved.
