The Complete Assembly Process of Container Houses
The complete assembly process of container houses includes six main steps: preparation, foundation construction, container installation, electrical and plumbing system installation, interior decoration, and safety protection and environmental protection measures.

Preparation: First, clarify the specific requirements and design plan of the house, covering core elements such as size, shape, and functional layout. Select containers that meet quality standards according to design requirements, ensuring their dimensions and quantity meet engineering needs. Simultaneously, prepare tools and materials, including screwdrivers, electric drills, welding equipment, bolts, sealants, etc., and inspect their integrity and performance to avoid construction delays due to tool failures.
Foundation Construction: Level the construction site, remove ground obstacles, and ensure the flatness meets requirements. Determine the foundation shape based on design drawings and site conditions, and form the basic structure by excavating foundation pits and pouring concrete. Strictly control the uniformity and compactness of the concrete during pouring to avoid cracks or settlement issues, providing stable support for subsequent container installation.
Container Installation: Use cranes and other equipment to transport containers to designated positions, ensuring they are placed vertically and steadily on the foundation. Connect the containers to the foundation using bolts or welding, focusing on inspecting the tightness of bolts and the quality of welding to prevent loosening or cracking at connections. For quick-assembly container houses, some materials are prefabricated in the factory, and only bottom installation and overall assembly are required on-site.
Electrical and Plumbing System Installation: The electrical system should be wired according to electrical safety regulations, with sockets, lights, and other equipment installed, and proper insulation and grounding should be done to prevent electric shock risks. The plumbing system should lay pipes according to water supply and drainage regulations, and conduct sealing tests and drainage effect verification after connections are completed to ensure stable and leak-free system operation.
Interior Decoration: Decorate areas such as walls, floors, and ceilings, selecting environmentally friendly and durable materials that match the design style. When installing doors and windows, ensure sealing and smooth opening and closing, while paying attention to details such as edge finishing and moisture resistance to enhance overall living comfort.
Safety Protection and Environmental Protection Measures: Construction personnel should wear safety helmets, protective shoes, and other equipment throughout the process, and install safety nets for high-altitude operations. Control construction noise and dust pollution by setting up sound barriers and sprinkling water for dust reduction, and classify waste for disposal to reduce environmental impact.
