Assembly Process Diagram of Container House

Admin September 17, 2026

Currently, there is no direct assembly process diagram for container houses, but a general assembly process can be outlined based on the text description:

I. Foundation Preparation Stage

  1. Site Preparation: The installation site needs to be leveled and hardened to ensure that the ground bearing capacity meets the requirements and to prevent tilting or deformation of the container house after installation due to uneven ground. For example, for soft soil foundations, methods such as piling or pouring concrete foundations may be required for reinforcement.
  2. Foundation Positioning: Determine the installation position of the container house according to the design drawings. Use measuring tools for precise layout and mark the installation reference points for each container to ensure the accuracy of the installation position.

II. Bottom Frame Installation

  1. Assemble the Bottom Frame: Transport the bottom frame components of the container house to the installation site and assemble them according to the design requirements. The bottom frame is usually welded from section steels and has sufficient strength and stability to bear the weight of the container house and external loads.
  2. Fix the Bottom Frame: Place the assembled bottom frame at the pre-determined position and firmly connect it to the ground foundation using anchor bolts or other fixing methods to prevent the bottom frame from moving during use.

III. Container Body Installation

  1. Lift the Container: Use lifting equipment such as cranes to lift the container body to above the installation position and slowly lower it and accurately place it on the bottom frame. During the lifting process, pay attention to maintaining the balance of the container to avoid collisions and damage.
  2. Connect the Container Corners and Bottom Beams: Connect the corners of the container to the bottom beams of the bottom frame, usually using bolt connections, to ensure a firm and reliable connection. Pay attention to the tightening torque of the bolts during connection to ensure the sealing and stability of the connection parts.
  3. Install Secondary Beams: After the container body is installed, install secondary beams according to the design requirements. The function of the secondary beams is to enhance the overall structural strength of the container house and improve its wind and earthquake resistance.

IV. Interior Decoration Stage

  1. Lay the Floor: First, lay the floor substrate to ensure that it is flat and firm. Then, lay floor materials such as wooden floors or tiles on the substrate. After laying, use fixing parts to fix the floor to the substrate to prevent the floor from loosening.
  2. Install Walls and Ceilings: Install wall and ceiling materials such as gypsum boards or integrated walls according to the design requirements. Pay attention to the flatness and perpendicularity of the walls during installation to ensure the aesthetic appearance of the decoration.
  3. Install Doors and Windows: Install doors and windows according to the design positions to ensure that they open flexibly and have good sealing. After installation, debug and inspect the doors and windows to ensure their normal use.
