Assembly Prefabricated Composite House Images

Admin September 18, 2026

Currently, we are unable to directly provide images of assembly prefabricated composite houses, but we can offer a detailed description of their construction scenes and processes.

The construction of an assembly prefabricated composite house is an efficient and orderly process, starting from a vacant lot and gradually building up a perfect wooden house.

I. Foundation and Chassis Frame Construction
Workers first unload heavy timber from trucks, which will be used to build the house's foundational structure. On the pre-poured concrete foundation, they begin constructing the house's chassis frame, which is crucial for the overall stability of the house. After the chassis frame is built, floor joists are laid to provide support for subsequent floor installation.

II. Installation of Prefabricated Beam Components
Next, workers install prefabricated beam components with a white coating. These components are precisely machined to ensure the structural stability and load-bearing capacity of the house. During installation, metal connectors are used to lock the joints tightly, ensuring a secure connection between the beam components.

III. Installation of Wall Modules
After the foundation platform is completed, prefabricated wall modules are brought onto the platform and erected. These wall modules typically include door and window openings, facilitating subsequent decoration work. Workers use nail guns to fix the wall modules onto the base plate, ensuring a tight connection between the walls and the chassis frame.

IV. Installation of Interior Partition Walls and Second-Floor Floor Beams
After the exterior wall frames are mostly enclosed, workers begin cutting and assembling partition wall frames indoors. These partition walls divide the interior space of the house into different functional areas. At the same time, second-floor floor beams are laid to provide support for the installation of the second-floor floor.

V. Roof Construction
Roof construction is a crucial part of the assembly prefabricated composite house construction process. Workers transport massive triangular trusses into position, which serve as the main load-bearing structures of the roof. Ground and roof workers cooperate to lift and place the trusses onto the top beams of the walls, ensuring the stability and waterproofing of the roof.
