Assembly of Mobile Floor Toilets
Admin September 21, 2026
The assembly of mobile floor toilets (mobile public restrooms) needs to be completed step by step according to modular design, with the core including the construction of the frame structure, the installation of functional facilities, and the integration of auxiliary systems. The specific process is as follows:

Frame Structure Assembly
- Main Frame: Steel (channel steel/square steel) is welded to form the basic framework, with channel steel or I-beams used at the bottom for reinforcement to ensure load-bearing capacity. High-end models can opt for lightweight steel structures paired with aluminum alloy shells to enhance earthquake resistance (Grade 9) and wind resistance (Grade 12).
- Walls and Roof: The exterior walls are installed with metal carved panels (for insulation and fire resistance), color-coated steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets; the interior walls are lined with bamboo fiber boards, solid wood panels, or waterproof panels; the floor is laid with anti-slip flooring or imitation marble tiles. The roof adopts asphalt shingles, colored stone metal tiles, or an integrated design to ensure waterproofing and durability.
- Modular Assembly: The base, side panels, and roof are fixed with slots or bolts, enabling quick disassembly and transportation. The standard size of a single unit is approximately 1.1m×2.3m (width×length), and custom sizes such as double units (1.8m×2.6m) can be made according to requirements.
Functional Facility Installation
- Sanitary Units: Depending on needs, choose squat toilets (ceramic material), sit toilets (smart type with automatic flushing), or urinals, with some supporting wet-dry separation design. The flushing system is equipped with flush tanks, infrared sensors, or water-saving graywater systems to ensure water efficiency.
- Cleaning and Washing Areas: Install ceramic or stainless steel sinks, sensor faucets, automatic paper dispensers, and hand sanitizer dispensers, and configure mirrors, coat hooks, and handrails (in compliance with barrier-free design standards).
Auxiliary System Integration
- Ventilation and Lighting: Air circulation is achieved through louvers and exhaust fans, with LED lighting and concealed lighting design. Smart public restrooms can be equipped with coexisting disinfection lights that automatically sterilize at set times.
- Smart Control (Optional): Install sensor door locks, occupied/unoccupied signs, and environmental monitoring screens (displaying temperature, humidity, and air quality), and control air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting switches through touch screens.
- Water, Electricity, and Sewage: Equip with independent water tanks and inlet/outlet pipes, with some models connecting to municipal water networks or using mobile sewage tanks. The main power switch and waterproof sockets ensure electrical safety.
Assembly Features: Modular design supports quick assembly and disassembly, suitable for outdoor scenic spots, temporary events, and other scenarios. It can be adjusted according to usage needs in terms of earthquake resistance level, smart configuration, and sewage disposal methods.
