Assembly of Mobile Toilets
Admin October 05, 2026
There are several methods for assembling mobile toilets:

I. Multi-functional Mobile Toilet Transformed from a Plastic Bucket
- Basic Frame Construction: Install four universal wheels at the corners of a wooden board, secure them with wooden strips, and cut out appropriate notches. Wrap the cut edges to form a door frame structure. Embed aluminum sheets to increase the frame height and cover the top with the cut neck part as a lid.
- Internal Treatment: Paint the inner walls with white cement to beautify the surface. Assemble the door panel and secure it with male-female hinges. Drill small circular holes at the bottom of the bucket, install elbows and floor drains, and assemble a three-way straight pipe elbow through the drilled holes in the plastic bucket to form a “日”-shaped drainage system.
- Functional Component Installation: Add a valve switch and drill holes to connect to the water outlet. Install a shower head clip. Assemble the toilet tank and seal the edge gaps. Connect the outdoor sewage pipe to the septic tank. Install a connecting elbow water pipe on the door to complete the overall structural closure.
II. Japanese Nendo Portable Toilet
- Component Preparation: The core components include a C-shaped seat ring, four lightweight aluminum rods, garbage bags, lightweight canvas, a coagulant, and a 16-liter water storage backpack.
- Assembly Steps: Secure the garbage bag to the bottom of the C-shaped seat ring and support it with crossed aluminum rods to form a frame structure. When in use, wear the canvas like a raincoat and sit on the C-shaped seat ring. If the environment permits, combine an umbrella with the canvas to form a temporary shelter.
- Function Realization: After the excreta enters the garbage bag, pour in the coagulant for solidification treatment. The water stored in the backpack can be used for cleaning or flushing the toilet. The overall design meets basic hygiene needs in emergency scenarios.
III. Movable Toilet Made from Discarded Tiles
- Base Production: Place the toilet on the tiles, draw marking lines along the edges, and use an angle grinder to cut out rectangular tile pieces slightly larger than the bottom of the toilet. Turn them over and install universal wheels at the four corners. Drill holes, insert threaded rods, and secure them with nuts. Cut off the protruding threaded rods on the back to prevent scratches.
- Toilet Fixation: Place the toilet back on the tile base, mark the position of the sewage outlet, and insert and secure a hose from the bottom. Use white cement to bond and seal the toilet to the tiles and install accessories such as the water tank and toilet lid.
- Pipe Connection: Connect the sewage hose to the drainage pipe and the water tank to the water inlet pipe to complete the water circulation. Adjust the position using the universal wheels when moving, suitable for temporary household use or space renovation scenarios.
The above methods cover a variety of ideas from simple modifications to modular designs, allowing you to choose the appropriate plan based on the difficulty of obtaining materials, usage scenarios, and functional requirements.
