Assembly Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin October 08, 2026

The installation guide for assembling mobile toilets requires specific steps to be selected based on the type and scenario, mainly divided into three parts: general installation, mobile toilet installation, and special winter treatment, as detailed below:

I. General Installation Steps

  1. Unpacking Inspection
    Upon receiving the mobile toilet, immediately open the package and check the parts list to ensure all components (such as the main frame, pipes, and fasteners) are complete and undamaged. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement.

  2. Site Preparation
    The installation site must meet the following conditions:

  • Ground Flatness: The slope should be controlled between 0.5%-1% to ensure smooth drainage and prevent water accumulation and freezing;
  • Infrastructure: Confirm in advance that there is a power outlet nearby (it is recommended to have an independent distribution box), and drainage pipes should have anti-freezing measures (such as burying depth not less than the local frost depth or wrapping with insulation layers).
  1. Main Body Fixation
    Use expansion bolts to fix the equipment to the ground or enhance stability by pouring a concrete foundation. If installing in winter, lay gravel or plain concrete foundation on the ground to further prevent displacement caused by frost heave.

  2. Pipe Anti-Freezing Treatment (Winter Only)

  • All exposed drainage pipes should be wrapped with insulation cotton with a thickness of ≥5cm, and the interfaces should be sealed with tape;
  • Install anti-freezing valves or drain valves at the end of drainage pipes to prevent residual water in the pipes from freezing and expanding.

II. Special Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets

  1. Flange Installation
    Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the sewer pipe, ensure the flange is placed horizontally, and then fix the toilet to prevent leakage during subsequent use.

  2. Water Circuit Connection

  • Install a triangular valve to connect the water inlet and the tee of the showerhead;
  • Tighten the water inlet hose of the toilet to ensure the interface is sealed and leak-free;
  • When assembling the toilet showerhead, tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends and connect them to the other end of the tee.
  1. Bracket Fixation and Finalization
    Forcefully insert the showerhead bracket into the top of the tee. After preliminary assembly, conduct a water test. After confirming no leaks and normal function, apply sealant at the contact point between the toilet and the ground.

III. Winter Installation Reinforcement Measures

  1. Heating System Configuration
    Prioritize mobile toilets with electric heating or fuel heating devices. When the temperature is below -5℃, check the operating status of the heating system daily to prevent internal freezing of the equipment.

  2. Power and Drainage Protection

  • It is recommended to have an independent power distribution for the power outlet to avoid sharing lines with other high-power equipment;
  • In addition to wrapping with insulation layers, install anti-freezing valves at the end of drainage pipes and regularly drain residual water.
  1. Foundation Reinforcement
    When installing in frost areas, in addition to laying gravel, increase the thickness of the concrete foundation or reduce the risk of pipe freezing by burying the pipes underground.
