Assembly of Mobile Toilet and Bathroom
There are mainly two ways to assemble mobile toilets and bathrooms: homemade and component-based assembly. Here are the specific introductions:

Homemade Portable Toilet
- Base Construction: Use wooden boards to install universal wheels as the base. The universal wheels facilitate the flexible movement of the mobile toilet. Place the cut water bucket on the base and fix the bucket body with wooden strips to ensure the water bucket is stable and does not shake.
- Entrance and Exit Handling: Cut the water bucket to create an entrance and exit, which serves as the passage for people to enter and exit. Then, wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards to make the edges smoother and safer, preventing scratches to users.
- Heightening and Top Treatment: Use aluminum-plastic panels to extend and heighten the toilet, increasing the internal space and enhancing user comfort. Install a bucket lid on the top for closure and protection. At the same time, you can paint the internal wooden strips with white paint, which is both aesthetically pleasing and provides some moisture resistance.
- Wooden Door Installation: Process wooden boards and strips to make a wooden door. Make it precisely according to the size of the door frame to ensure the door can open and close normally. Install the wooden door onto the door frame with hinges. Choose high-quality hinges with strong load-bearing capacity to ensure the door is firmly installed.
- Drainage and Water Supply System Installation: Mark the hole positions at the bottom, connect elbow drain pipes, and install floor drains to ensure the smooth discharge of sewage. Drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors, connect a green bucket as the water source, and make a showerhead to meet users' water needs. Install a metal tee inside, connect the showerhead water pipe, and fix the showerhead holder on the wooden board for convenient use of the shower equipment. Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drain pipe, install the toilet, and apply sealant to prevent sewage leakage.
Component-Based Assembly of Mobile Toilet
A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor panels, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, a water tank, a roof, and a mobile device. During assembly, first install the floor panels to ensure they are flat and stable, providing a foundation for the installation of subsequent components. Then, install the walls and拼接 (assemble) them according to the design requirements to ensure the verticality and tightness of the walls. Next, install the sanitary ware and washing equipment, such as toilets and washbasins, and connect the corresponding water pipes and drain pipes. Install the water tank to ensure it is properly connected to the water supply system and can store and supply water normally. Finally, install the roof and mobile device. The roof should be firmly installed, and the mobile device should be well-adjusted to ensure the mobile toilet can move flexibly.
