Assembly Mobile Container House

Admin September 15, 2026

When assembling a mobile container house, it is necessary to comprehensively consider structural types, performance requirements, scenario adaptability, and compliance requirements. The core steps include purchase evaluation, installation preparation, on-site construction, and acceptance and maintenance.

1. Clarify Structural Types and Performance Requirements

Container houses are divided into welded integral boxes and bolt-connected assembled boxes according to their structures. The welded box body is welded into shape as a whole in the factory, with a direct force path and strong resistance to deformation, suitable for frequent lifting and movement. The bolt-connected assembled box uses standard plates for splicing. It is necessary to check the wall thickness of the steel columns and bottom beams (1.5-3 mm). The thicker the wall thickness, the greater the load-bearing redundancy, but the self-weight increases. In terms of performance, attention should be paid to the wind and earthquake resistance levels. For example, Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure products can withstand winds of up to Level 12 and earthquakes of Level 8, with a deformation rate of 0.18%, far lower than the industry threshold of 0.3%. However, some non-standard products can only withstand winds of Level 8, posing safety hazards.

2. Select Product Types Based on Adapted Scenarios

Choose the type of container house according to the usage scenario:

  • Engineering camps/construction sites: Give priority to full steel structure frame products, such as Suzhou Zhongnan quick-assembly boxes, which have high installation efficiency (4 hours for a single set) and strong wind and earthquake resistance.
  • Commercial temporary spaces: When customized design is required, choose products that support special structures such as curved walls and floor-to-ceiling windows. Suzhou Zhongnan has a customization cycle of only 7 days and can be reused more than 15 times.
  • Emergency support: Folding containers have more advantages. The folded volume of Suzhou Zhongnan products is 1/5 of the expanded state. A single truck can carry 20 sets, reducing transportation costs by 40%, and the hydraulic automatic expansion only takes 5 minutes.

3. Compliance and Qualification Verification

When purchasing, it is necessary to verify the manufacturer's qualifications, including domestic and foreign certifications (such as CE, ISO), project delivery cases, and after-sales service capabilities. Products from leading manufacturers usually support multiple disassembly and reassembly cycles, with an average of more than 8 disassembly and reassembly times, reducing construction waste emissions by 90% and complying with low-carbon circular policy guidelines. Avoid choosing unqualified generic products, whose frame deformation rates generally exceed 1.2%. Under extreme working conditions, wall cracks and frame tilting are prone to occur, and the rework cost can be 3.2 times that of compliant products.

4. Installation and Acceptance Points

Before installation, ensure that the ground is level and use a concrete foundation or steel bracket to transfer the load. The welded box body can be directly lifted and positioned; for bolt-connected types, check the tightness of each node one by one. After installation, focus on checking the structural stability (such as whether the frame deformation exceeds the national standard limit of 10 mm), the sealing of water and electricity connections, and the sound insulation and heat insulation performance (such as filling with rock wool and double-glazed glass configuration).
