Army Mobile Toilet Motorhome

Admin September 23, 2026

There are mainly two types of mobile toilet motorhomes used by the army: the new-type mobile toilet module and the emergency support mobile toilet vehicle.

New-type Mobile Toilet Module: This module employs multiple advanced technologies. In terms of technical means, it utilizes the 'integrated electro-adsorption and reverse osmosis technology', which helps in efficiently treating sewage and ensuring the cleanliness and environmental friendliness of the toilet. The 'prefabricated building model + new insulation technology' enhances the overall performance of the module. Its cabin is made of rock wool insulated color steel plates, which offer good insulation properties. The cabin is equipped with a graphene temperature-controlled electric heater. When used in extremely cold environments of -35℃, the cabin temperature can remain no lower than 5℃, providing a warm and comfortable environment for users. For the water supply and drainage pipes, electric tracing tapes and insulation layer anti-freezing technology are adopted to effectively prevent the pipes from freezing in low-temperature environments and ensure normal use. The outer roof panel is coated with hot-dipped aluminum-zinc on both sides, enabling the module to have strong wind, water, and freeze resistance in high-altitude environments and adapt to various harsh natural conditions.

Emergency Support Mobile Toilet Vehicle: It is rebuilt from a Sinotruk Sitrak chassis, offering good mobility and stability. The vehicle is equipped with a vacuum toilet system, which can efficiently collect and treat feces, reducing odors and pollution. There are 8 stools inside the vehicle, allowing multiple people to use it simultaneously. At the same time, the vehicle is also equipped with a stainless steel water tank to provide clean water for users; an air conditioner can adjust the interior temperature to offer a comfortable environment; a sink and a dressing mirror facilitate users' personal cleaning and grooming; and a ventilation fan on the top can promptly exhaust odors from the vehicle, keeping the air fresh. These configurations enable the emergency support mobile toilet vehicle to play an important role in emergency support missions.
