Antique-style Mobile Toilet

Admin September 28, 2026

The antique-style mobile toilet is a public facility that combines traditional architectural styles with modern mobile sanitation technology, suitable for scenic spots, campgrounds, parks, and other locations.

Material and Structural Design

The main frame of the antique-style mobile toilet is mostly welded from national standard galvanized steel, ensuring structural stability and corrosion resistance. The roof is covered with antique resin tiles, which not only restore traditional architectural styles but also possess lightweight and durable characteristics. The wall design adopts a color-matching scheme with large sliding windows, enhancing both aesthetics and natural lighting and ventilation, reducing odor accumulation. The surface materials are typically color-coated steel sheets or carved panels, which offer both anti-corrosion and fire-resistant properties, with a service life of over 20 years.

Internal Functional Configuration

The interior employs an independent toilet partition treatment system to separate urine and feces:

  • Urine Channel: Utilizes gravity flow design, requiring no additional power and reducing maintenance costs;
  • Feces Channel: Equipped with a piston-type scraper mechanism to maintain channel hygiene through physical cleaning methods, preventing blockages;
  • Flooring and Fixtures: The floor uses anti-slip materials to reduce the risk of slipping; the toilet bowl is equipped with an automatic flushing system, combined with ventilation and lighting facilities, enhancing user comfort.

Technical Routes and Classification

Since 2012, mobile toilet technology has gradually matured, forming three major technical routes:

  1. Waterless Flush Type: Achieves waterless operation through biological degradation or chemical treatment, suitable for water-scarce areas;
  2. Foam Sealing Type: Uses foaming agents to cover excreta, isolating odors and reducing flushing water volume;
  3. Water Flush Type: Traditional flushing method requiring a water connection, but offering superior cleaning effects.
    The antique-style mobile toilet belongs to one of the niche categories, balancing functionality and cultural attributes, and coexisting with temporary types for construction sites, marine types, etc., to form a diversified market.

Market Brands and Selection

Currently, brands offering antique-style mobile toilets on the market include Baitai, Dahuangfeng, Yushijie, etc., with products covering various specifications and functional requirements. When selecting, it is essential to focus on material durability, cleaning system efficiency, and after-sales maintenance services to ensure long-term usage benefits.
