Installation Process

1. Positioning: Determine the installation location based on site planning and ground flatness, ensuring that the ground is solid and has good drainage to provide a stable foundation for subsequent installation.
2. Assembly:
   • Split-type: First, position the chassis and frame. Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated chassis steadily at the predetermined location and adjust its levelness. Then, install the walls and roof panels. Insert the wall panels into the chassis slots one by one, secure them with bolts or clips, and subsequently install the roof panels and ensure proper sealing. The entire wall installation usually takes 1 - 2 hours to complete.
   • Integrated (box-type): Since internal decoration and equipment integration have been completed in the factory, on-site installation only requires lifting the unit into place and connecting the water, electricity, and sewage pipes. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2 - 4 hours.
3. Connection: Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment, and connect the water and electricity pipelines. The modular design of water and electricity interfaces (such as quick connectors) can significantly shorten the connection time. Finally, conduct functional checks and debugging to ensure all functions are normal.

Dismantling Process

1. Disconnect Water, Electricity, and Sewage: Turn off the main power and water valves, remove the external water and electricity lines and sewage pipes, and clean and seal the connection points to prevent problems during subsequent use.
2. Remove Internal Facilities: If reuse is required, carefully remove the detachable internal facilities (such as partitions and accessories) and package them separately for easy subsequent installation and use.
3. Dismantle the Main Structure: For split-type toilets, dismantle them in the order of "roof panel - wall panel - chassis". Pay attention to protecting the edges of the panels during dismantling to avoid damage and ensure they can be reused.
4. Removal and Storage: Stack the dismantled parts neatly for easy transportation and subsequent storage. A skilled team can usually dismantle a standard split-type mobile toilet in 1 - 3 hours.
