Anhui Mobile Smart Toilet Standard

Admin October 02, 2026

The Anhui Mobile Smart Toilet Standard primarily covers three aspects: specifications for mobile toilets on construction sites, general standards for mobile eco-friendly public toilets, and management rules for mobile toilets on construction sites in Chaohu.

Specifications and Selection of Mobile Toilets on Construction Sites: The basic dimensions include single-occupancy units (0.8m×1.2m×2.3m, with an internal area of approximately 1.2㎡) and double-occupancy units (1.5m×1.2m×2.3m, with an internal area of 2.2㎡). In some areas of Anhui, a height of ≥2.3m is required. The configuration must include non-slip flooring, flushing systems (manual/foot-operated), ventilation devices, and lighting facilities. In regions with high temperatures and heavy rainfall in summer, it is recommended to install mosquito screens and drainage holes. Special requirements may include the addition of handwashing basins, dedicated spaces for mothers and infants, or barrier-free designs. Stainless steel or anti-corrosion color-coated steel plates are preferred materials. The load-bearing design must be ≥500kg and equipped with universal wheels. The dimensions must comply with the 'Anhui Provincial Civilized Construction Standards for Construction Projects', and clear signage and safety warnings must be provided. All configurations must meet the requirements of the 'Emission Standard for Environmental Noise at the Boundary of Construction Sites'.

General Standards for Mobile Eco-Friendly Public Toilets: The frame is welded from national standard steel, with the surface covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a design life of ≥20 years. The interior is equipped with an independent pit partition treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device. The floor must be non-slip, and the toilet must be equipped with an automatic flushing toilet bowl, ventilation, and lighting systems, all in compliance with the GBLT18091-92 standard.

Management Rules for Mobile Toilets (Color Steel Simple Type) on Construction Sites in Chaohu: Daily management emphasizes toilet cleaning (preferably with ash), urine storage (stored in sealed low-temperature buckets for 7-10 days before dilution for fertilization), separation of feces and urine (urine must not flow into the feces storage pit), and leak-proofing and moisture-proofing (adding dry ash or quicklime when the feces pit is too wet). Usage norms include adding ash after defecation (wood ash, etc., in an amount 2-3 times that of the feces), disposing of toilet paper in baskets for incineration, placing cigarette butts in dedicated containers, sealing pit openings with cover plates, designating separate areas for urination, and providing independent doors for mixed-gender use. Special design requirements include urine separation inlets and laying gravel in the urine buckets with regular flushing. Before using the toilet pits, 5-10cm of ash must be added.
