Anhui Mobile Smart Toilet Management

Admin September 20, 2026

Anhui Mobile Smart Toilet Management is mainly reflected in two major aspects: the long-term management and protection platform for rural toilets and smart public toilets in cities, achieving efficient, convenient, and intelligent management through technological means.

In terms of the long-term management and protection platform for rural toilets, under the guidance of the County Agricultural and Rural Bureau, Anhui Mobile Hefei Branch has completed the construction using technologies such as the Internet of Things and big data in Feixi County, Hefei City. This platform drives the upgrading of scenario applications with data. For the convenience of the people, it provides quick channels for reporting pumping and repair requests, enabling farmers to provide feedback on issues in a timely manner. It also has a comprehensive evaluation mechanism to ensure service quality. In terms of beneficial management, it formulates standardized management and protection workflows to ensure the orderly conduct of various tasks. It can also grasp the management and protection situation in real-time through intuitive real-time perception. In terms of optimizing governance, it achieves intensive management of toilet renovation data, integrating various types of data and conducting accurate data statistics to provide a solid basis for policy formulation and decision-making.

In terms of smart public toilets in cities, the first is the environmental monitoring and automatic adjustment system. By deploying various sensors to continuously monitor key internal environmental indicators, for air quality monitoring, gas sensors for ammonia and hydrogen sulfide conduct real-time monitoring. When the concentration exceeds the standard, the exhaust equipment is automatically activated or enhanced to improve air quality. For temperature and humidity control, temperature and humidity sensors monitor data. When the temperature is too high in summer, ventilation or cooling equipment is activated, and dehumidification functions are started during the rainy season to create a comfortable environment. For light control, intelligent lighting systems are achieved through light sensing or human body sensing, with low power consumption or shutdown when no one is present and automatic illumination when someone enters, saving energy and providing convenience.

The second is the facility usage status monitoring and guidance system. For toilet stall occupancy indication, occupancy sensors are installed on each toilet stall door lock or inside, and guidance display screens outside the door or at the public toilet entrance show the real-time usage status of toilet stalls, facilitating users to quickly find available stalls. For material consumption monitoring, stock monitoring devices are installed for consumables such as hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper. When the remaining amount is below the safety stock, automatic replenishment reminders are sent to the terminal devices of management personnel to avoid material shortages. For facility failure alarms, the operating status of key equipment such as water valves, flushing devices, and hand dryers is monitored. When abnormalities are detected, alarm information is immediately generated, and the fault point is located for timely repair.

Finally, there is cleaning and safety management. By using entrance sensors or toilet stall usage frequency data to count passenger flow at different time periods, it provides a data basis for formulating differentiated cleaning frequencies. There is also a one-click alarm function to ensure the safety of users.
