Installation Process

1. Door Frame Fixation

   • Single-wrapped aluminum alloy toilet door: During installation, nails are first used to fix half of the door frame structure. After ensuring that the verticality and levelness meet the standards, the door leaf is hung. For example, in some cases, wooden blocks are used to support both sides of the top of the door frame, and single-sided iron sheets are nailed for fixation. Wooden blocks are placed at the bottom to adjust the verticality, and then expanding foam is filled.
   • Custom sliding door: The upper and lower door frames need to be assembled first, and then inserted into the reserved slots after aligning with the installation position to ensure a tight fit between the door frame and the wall.

2. Door Leaf Installation

   • After the door frame is fixed, the door leaf is hung using hinges or a hanging wheel system. For example, for a single-wrapped door, after the door frame is adjusted, it is directly hung into the door frame track; for a hanging door, the top hanging wheel of the door leaf needs to be aligned with the top hanging track to ensure smooth sliding.

3. Detail Handling

   • Anti-deformation measures: When installing the door lock, cardboard should be placed between the lock and the door frame to prevent the expansion of the expanding foam from deforming the door gap and affecting the flexibility of opening and closing.
   • Sealing optimization: The gaps between the door frame and the wall should be filled with expanding foam to enhance stability and prevent odor leakage.

Material and Type Characteristics

1. Aluminum alloy sliding door

   • With an aluminum alloy frame and paired with glass or panel panels, it achieves sliding opening and closing through a bottom track. It is suitable for bathrooms with limited space, saving the door opening radius.

2. Aluminum alloy hanging door

   • Material advantages: Made of titanium-magnesium aluminum alloy (doped with titanium and magnesium elements), it has low density, high strength, and corrosion resistance, and is not prone to deformation or rust after long-term use.
   • Structural characteristics: The top hanging track and hanging wheel system replace the traditional bottom track, achieving a "threshold-free" design, avoiding the accumulation of water and dust, and reducing sliding noise.
   • Suitable scenarios: Bathrooms with high requirements for quietness and aesthetics, especially suitable for families with the elderly or children, reducing the risk of tripping.
