All Small Container Houses Removed
The complete removal of small container houses is usually due to their illegal construction, safety hazards, and violation of urban and rural planning regulations.

Identification of Illegal Construction
According to Article 65 of the Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China, in rural and village planning areas, any construction that has not obtained a rural construction planning permit in accordance with the law or has not been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the rural construction planning permit shall be ordered by the township or town people's government to stop construction and make corrections within a specified period; if corrections are not made within the specified period, demolition may be carried out. Many small container houses were built without obtaining relevant approval procedures, constituting unauthorized construction, and are therefore identified as illegal structures requiring demolition in accordance with the law.
Safety Hazards
Small container houses pose numerous safety hazards during modification and use. On the one hand, some container houses have unauthorized electrical wiring and the illegal use of liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, which can easily lead to fires and explosions; on the other hand, the ventilation and lighting conditions in container houses are poor, resulting in a harsh living environment that poses a threat to the health of occupants. Additionally, some container houses encroach on public land, affecting the urban landscape and living environment.
Implementation of Demolition Actions
When demolishing small container houses, relevant departments take a series of measures to ensure the smooth progress of the actions. First, law enforcement officers conduct on-site inspections and investigations to determine the number, location, and purpose of the illegal container houses; then, they issue notices to the violators requiring them to demolish or relocate the structures within a specified period; if the violators fail to comply within the specified period, the law enforcement department will organize compulsory demolition actions in accordance with the law. During the demolition process, law enforcement officers ensure that the site is safe and orderly, and promptly clean up construction debris and waste.
Follow-up Governance and Prevention
After the demolition of small container houses, relevant departments also strengthen follow-up governance and prevention efforts. On the one hand, they increase patrols and governance of illegal construction to prevent similar issues from recurring; on the other hand, they strengthen legal publicity and education to raise citizens' awareness of the law and safety.
