All Processes of Mobile Toilets
Admin October 08, 2026
The processes of mobile toilets vary depending on their types and manufacturing methods. Currently, there is no unified and complete process that covers all types. The following is an explanation of the processes for some common types:

Processes for Self-made Mobile Restrooms
- Install Mobile Components: Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the拖板 (trailer board, here it can be translated as a base board for simplicity). Ensure flexibility and stability during movement.
- Modify Water Storage Tanks: Open the tops of the recycled water storage tanks, stack them upside down, and secure them with self-tapping screws to form the main frame of the restroom.
- Create Doors, Windows, and Drainage Openings: Cut rectangular openings on the outer frame of the water storage tank as the doorway. Cut drainage holes on the interior floor to prepare for the installation of the subsequent drainage system.
- Install the Drainage System: Install drainage elbows and pipes. Seal the gaps and then cut off the excess parts to ensure smooth drainage without leakage.
- Install Sanitary Ware: Place the toilet bowl in alignment with the drainage opening and fix it with glue. Install the water inlet pipe of the water tank. Secure the washbasin, shower bracket, and showerhead. Install the toilet seat to complete the basic functions of the restroom.
- Install the Door: Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect wooden boards to form a door, and install a door handle to ensure the privacy of the restroom.
Installation Processes for Mobile Toilets
Open the package and check if all the accessories are complete. Subsequent steps should be completed according to the instruction manual or by contacting customer service for assembly. Due to differences in the designs of mobile toilets from different brands and models, detailed assembly procedures should refer to the specific product instructions to ensure correct installation and use.
Classification Processes of Mobile Toilets (Not Specific Manufacturing Processes)
- Structural Forms: For single-unit structures, assemble the frame independently to build the basic space of the mobile toilet. For composite structures,拼接模块 (splice modules, here it means assemble multiple modules) according to the design requirements to form a complete toilet structure.
- Movement Methods: For lifting-type mobile toilets, install lifting devices to facilitate movement and placement using cranes and other equipment. For trailer-type mobile toilets, connect towing equipment and achieve movement through vehicle towing.
- Sewage Treatment: For flush-type mobile toilets, lay sewage pipes to discharge sewage to designated treatment locations. For non-flush-type mobile toilets, equip them with suction devices to regularly extract and treat feces and other waste. For circulating-flush-type mobile toilets, install filtration systems to filter and purify the used water for recycling and achieve water conservation.
