Alashan Mobile Toilet
The Alashan mobile toilet is a prefabricated, versatile, and customizable eco-friendly sanitation facility. The following provides a detailed introduction in terms of product features, technical principles, applicable scenarios, and configurations:

Product Features and Parameters
The Alashan mobile toilet adopts a prefabricated design, allowing for customization of materials, specifications, colors, and external dimensions as needed. With a total supply capacity of 780 units, it can be shipped nationwide and delivered within 5 days. Its core configurations include basic equipment such as squat toilets, sinks, non-slip floors, door locks, and exhaust fans, along with optional configurations like electric warm air blowers, air conditioners, and background music. The product frame is made of galvanized steel pipes (main frame: 80803.5mm), and the exterior wall panels can be selected from materials such as aluminum-plastic panels and metal carved panels, ensuring structural stability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, the toilet features sound insulation and comes in various types to meet different scenario requirements.
Technical Principles and Advantages
This toilet employs vacuum odor isolation technology, using a vacuum pump to suck waste from the toilet bowl into a waste tank, achieving odor-free discharge. Its technical features include:
- No gravity discharge required: Breaking free from the dependence on terrain slope in traditional toilets, making installation and maintenance simpler;
- Low water consumption: In vacuum self-priming treatment mode, only 0.5L of water is needed per flush, suitable for water-scarce areas;
- Smart control: Integrated with automated functions such as occupied/unoccupied indicator locks, lighting, and exhaust fans, enhancing user convenience.
Applicable Scenarios and Conditions
Mobile toilets cover public places such as urban sanitation, tourist attractions, parks and squares, highways, and construction sites, and support customized solutions for extreme environments (such as hot, cold, and waterless areas) in schools, residential communities, and mining areas. Two conditions must be met for use: a stable power supply and access to water supply and drainage channels (for waterless environments, dry packing or foam sealing treatment solutions are available).
Configurations and Customization Options
- Compartment functions: In addition to standard toilet compartments, customization options include shower rooms, management rooms, and third toilets (for the disabled);
- Flexible dimensions: Standard toilet compartments are 1.21.4m, and management rooms are 22m, both supporting customization according to drawings;
- Material selection: Floor options include non-slip stone-plastic floors and anti-corrosion wooden floors; room body options include metal carved panels and stainless steel; doors and windows use thermal-break aluminum sliding windows to ensure sealing and durability.
Fecal Treatment Solutions
Six treatment methods are provided according to environmental conditions: ordinary water flushing, high-pressure water flushing, circulating water flushing, vacuum self-priming, foam sealing, and dry packing. For example, tourist attractions often adopt vacuum self-priming to reduce odors, while construction sites tend to prefer dry packing to simplify the cleaning process.
