Construction Status
The Akesu region has carried out an in-depth 'toilet revolution' in tourist scenic areas, incorporating the construction of tourist toilets into the overall plan for the development of all-for-one tourism and establishing a two-level (prefecture and county) linkage working mechanism. Based on scientific site selection and reasonable layout in tourist-dense areas such as scenic spots, as of now, a total of 328 tourist toilets and 5,618 toilet stalls have been built across the region, including 6 Class I tourist toilets and 32 Class II tourist toilets, effectively resolving the issue of toilet shortages during the peak tourist season. This year, the region has actively sought 900,000 yuan in special support funds from higher authorities to build 7 fixed tourist toilets and 2 mobile tourist toilets, further enhancing the supply capacity of toilets in scenic areas.

Application Effects
Taking the Tianlai Jiayi Scenic Area in Xinhe County as an example, before the renovation and upgrade, there was only one public toilet, which was unable to meet the needs of tourists. The newly built standardized tourist toilets precisely cover the core sightseeing areas, effectively diverting toilet-using tourists and completely resolving issues such as remote locations and toilet stall shortages during the peak tourist season, thereby improving the comfort level of tourists during their visits. This also reflects the positive effects of the construction of mobile toilets in Akesu scenic areas from the side.
