2024 New Model Portable Toilet
The 2024 new model portable toilet covers three major directions: technological upgrades, intelligent management, and scenario adaptation, integrating material innovation, functional optimization, and form expansion to meet diverse scenario demands.

Technologically Upgraded: Balancing Environmental Protection and Durability
These portable toilets are designed based on new materials and water-saving technologies, with a core breakthrough being the ultra-low water consumption flushing system: By automatically collecting hand-washing water and adding a special agent, it achieves a flushing effect with only 0.46 liters of water per person, saving over 80% of water compared to traditional public toilets. Structurally, they adopt a national standard steel welded frame, covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates or carved panels, with a service life of over 20 years. Internally, they are equipped with an independent toilet pit partitioned treatment system: the urine channel utilizes gravity flow, while the feces channel is cleaned by a piston-type scraper mechanical device, reducing odor residue; they are also equipped with non-slip floors, automatic flushing toilet bowls, and ventilation and lighting systems to enhance safety and comfort.
Intelligently Managed: Dynamically Optimizing Usage Efficiency
The future public toilet model showcased at the 2024 Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition focuses on crowd guidance and dynamic resource allocation:
- Crowd guidance screen at the entrance: It displays the toilet's occupancy status in real-time and automatically recommends the nearest available toilet, reducing user waiting time;
- Internal pit status display: It uses a large screen to indicate occupied pits with red warning signs, enhancing management transparency;
- Overtime reminder function: Each pit is equipped with a voice or buzzer to prompt users to control their toilet time, preventing long-term occupation;
- Intelligent partition allocation: Movable partitions dynamically adjust the ratio of male and female pits, for example, increasing female pits when there are more women waiting, reducing overall queue time.
Scenario-Adapted: Deep Integration of Form and Function
To meet the needs of different scenarios, portable toilets have formed a diversified product line:
- New Chinese style: It features a flat roof design and red wood-grain exterior walls, with a public hand-washing area, beauty mirror, and three squatting pits inside, suitable for cultural scenarios such as scenic spots and campsites;
- Segmented technological routes: It covers waterless flushing (relying on biodegradation or physical blockage), foam sealing (reducing odor through foam coverage), and water flushing (traditional cleaning methods), meeting demands for no water source, high environmental protection, or regular use;
- Product form expansion: It includes trailer-type (easy for mobile deployment), box-type substation cabinet-style (integrated power supply), stainless steel guard booth-style (highly corrosion-resistant), and supports vehicle-mounted installation or traditional public toilet renovation, covering antique-style (historical districts), temporary construction site-type (construction scenarios), ship-type (water operations), and other niche areas.
In terms of the industrial chain, over 20 production enterprises in Liaoning, Shanghai, Hebei, and other places provide diversified solutions such as prefabricated and eco-friendly water-saving types, driving the development of portable toilets towards standardization and modularization.
